Site layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various parts of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
