Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Recipe

For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

Sake Martini

Makes a single portion

30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin

15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine

15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally

Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
