Close to 90 Air Travels Associated to Epstein Allegedly Landed at or Took Off from British Airports

An investigation has found that close to 90 flights linked to Jeffrey Epstein are said to have arrived at and departed from British airports, with some reportedly having onboard women from the UK who allege they were abused by the convicted child sex offender.

Flight Logs Reveal Trail of Movement

The flight logs were part of thousands of legal papers and files made public by Epstein’s estate that have been disclosed over the last year. The investigation found 87 flights tied to Epstein – featuring many that were hitherto undisclosed – coming into or leaving from UK airports between the start of the 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Travel

Unnamed female passengers were documented among the travelers flying to and from the UK. Notably, 15 of these flights involving the UK happened subsequent to Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for soliciting sex from a underage person.

“It was ‘appalling’ that there had never been a ‘thorough probe in the UK’ into his activities in the country,” remarked American attorneys acting for hundreds of Epstein victims.

British Victims and Legal Proceedings

Testimony from one of the British victims was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. Yet, that survivor has not received any contact by British law enforcement, as stated by her attorney based in Florida.

In a statement, the the Met indicated they had “not received any new information that would support restarting the investigation.” They noted, “Should fresh and pertinent evidence be brought to our attention, including any arising from the disclosure of material in the US, we will assess it.”

Continuing Disclosure and Legal Rulings

A bill to release every document held by the US government in regarding Epstein was approved by the US Congress last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to adhere to this requirement. Hundreds of thousands of documents are anticipated to be made public.

Additionally, a US judge ordered last week that the DOJ could disclose case files from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime confidante, who is currently serving a 20-year jail term over the charges.
